mdehnersFor the last couple of days one of those eternal arguements in Heathenry has been bubbling and I really don't care anymore. It's funny. Back in my Wiccan days I was philosophically Polytheistic. That is, even though I'd been taught that They were nothing more than Aspects of the Lady and Lord, I still treated Them as Individuals. This is an Attitude I've kept from those days.
Personally? I don't care if A and 1 are really *. A's Good enough for me, since I'm an Alphabetarian;>. If I was a Numbertarian, then 1 would be and I wouldn't be talking to A. I know folks that spend hrs creating little charts showing how A=1 is really * who once was 1/2. That's not religion/spirituality/etc. That's Mental Masturbation and a good way to avoid every really doing/committing/etc to your Way. Call those you Wish to communicate with by their Name, not "Names" and get on with your Spiritula Life....
