Lucky Me.....
Jan. 14th, 2009 02:57 pmOne thing experience has taught me it the BS of the "Sainted"_______. Having an Illness, Handicap, being a Minority, etc does mean that automatically you're a better person. Unfortunately, you have to "deal" with those less Educated....
Take for instance two of Chuck's coworkers. Both are actually higher Functioning than him, yet he does more work. Why? Because they're Not Good Folks. They've Learned to play the game. Efforts to get them to do the same workload as Chuck get the "Oppressed" card pulled. His bosses are so afraid that they don't realise that if taken to court they would be found guilty of abusing a Mentally handicapped person, just not the two that would have brought the case:>!
I realise they're lazy. Good bosses are hard to find and not often in low-status jobs as food service. Why spend all their time making a couple of mildly Retarded folks do the work they were Hired to do when there's a Head Injury Patient with a Work Ethic arround to Step-n-Fetchit?
Truth,
Pat
Remember, that which doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, but that which does leaves us dead!
