Movie Reviews...Triple Threat!

mdehners1st-Mainstream:'Quarentine'-This could have been a good Medical Horror flick but for the complete Ignoring of the the Cardinal Law of Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror flicks....Internal Logic. Here you have in the amt of time that a call to 911 that a cop is bitten by a crazed old lady on the 2nd floor to the time they get to the lobby the gov't able to scramble a military/swat-type action to seal off a large apt bldng and block communcation. This indicates gov't experience with a problem(though in Consensual Reality even a local tac-team couldn't have done it in thetime alloted;>). Then, when the CDC arrives IN FULL HAZMAT SUITS, they state that they just discovered this "bug" earlier in the day from a dog from the bldg. They REALLY JUMP-THE-SHARK in the last 10 minutes when they find a Apocalypic Lab in the Attic. As everyone knows, recombining DNA to create a Super Rabies is a snap in a Studio with a Hot Plate;>.....
2nd-Indie: 'Cannibal! The Muscial', 10th Anaversery Edition. From the folks from 'South Park', completely confusing unless you grew up in a Mormon household or in a Mormon-dominated area. Unlike 'Orgasmo', which had Superhero Porn stars and villians to entertain those who woouldn't "get" all the "in" stuff of Living a Mormon Lifestyle, 'Cannibal' has nothing forsomeone who hadn't been forced to listen to Mormon music, stories and bad Musicals...since the whole thing IS a Parody of them. If you did, however grow up "Behind the Zion Curtain", you'l Laugh your Arse off...
3rd-Foreign:'Hunting Creatures'. This German "Bio-Zombie" flick is poorly filmed example of the "Stupid things Students do" school of Horror; Medical Students store their waste improperly and drunkken students see a big orange tank that states in big letter Danger! and....
However, if you like watching young Blonde guys strip every time they slice and dice a batch of pirhana zombies...it has it's "charms";>
