mdehnersIt's funny. I used to argue with both R and L alot most of my Life but nowadays not so much. Why? Because I realised something my Younger Self would have found Frightening....that folks don't Change by Discussion. I think back the last 40+ yrs and I can't think of one example where Change hadn't come from somesort of Traumatic Incident. Fundie parents that didn't Change their Beleifs about their Pagan, Heathen or Homosexual kids until they were all alone and afraid of Dying alone. Heathens who Beleived that Pregnancy is required for their Souls to be Reincarnated didn't change until they became middleaged and no kids. Etc.
I don't bother "Educating" because it's a waste of time after the 7th yr. After, it takes an Emotional "nuke" to break through. Sure some folks love Argueing. Heck, I used to be one of them but I'm tired of playing the same "songs" over and over to those incapable of Listening.
It's better to simply Live your Life with the Regin than worry that someone more than a day's drive away from you is Pissed off because you cut your hair....
