Uncomfortable...

mdehnersMom has her 2-week post stent check-up tomorrow and I'm nervous. Not if you has a bad one, if she has a good. Obviously, I don't want Mom to have a bad check-up. The thing is, because of her Heart Attack 2 weeks ago, my SIL has decided that(Remember, her Spirit Guides who told her the both of them would be Dead this Spring)we're going on a family Cruise at the end of March. To me, her having a Heart Attack weeks BEFORE is a reason NOT to go on a Cruise. Add in Dad's increasing Alzheimer's symptoms and you have me and Chuck thinking the last cruise we all went on(which was their 50th Anniversary in which the got their Vows Renewed)WAS the last family one. I Remember a few yrs ago Mom had to be airlifted off one and at least that was an Alaskan cruise...in AMerican Waters to American hospitals!
Of course, I'm just being "too Emotional"(you know how you people are...)and there's going to be no problems as long as no one Beleives there won't be...

Date: 2011-03-01 02:00 am (UTC)I'm sorry to hear your mom had a heart attack, and hope she recovers well - and that your SIL encounters a clue-by-four capable of getting through her defences. Perhaps the doctor could be of some help by forbidding anything of the sort, or would that just encourage SIL?

Date: 2011-03-01 04:27 pm (UTC)If she loses an arguement(or is discovered to be "mistaken") she rewrites the event in her mind so she was Right. My brother can stop her only if it really annoys him and since he's got an even stronger Stupidity Tolerance than me(in Real Life, as Opposed to On-Line;>), that doesn't happen often. Ift didn't when she Insulted my Mom so bad Mom wouldn't talk to her until she Apologise and after 2 yrs my Mom had to give in because Sandi'd rewritten the event so that it was my Mom's fault. You can't argue with a person whose Reality literally is what she Beleives it is...
After all, it hasn't been that long that I blogged about her Spirit Guides telling her that the folks were going to Die this Spring and that we're all moving to New Mexico and when I just asked for more info, she sent me e-mails telling me that if we didn't follow her Loving Orders we'd "Drown", Aparently '2012' wasn't a movie but a documentary beamed from the Future...the resemblence to Actors was simply CoincidentaL.
The saddest is that she really is a good person and means well. She's just so lost in Glamour. This week she's off in Arizona to the biggest UFO convention in the country. I expect copies of the dvd's shes going to buy on the myriad ways the various Aliens both Help and Harm us. After all, it could just be us, then it'd mean we'd have to take Responsibility for our actions. As Geroldine used to say,"The Devil(Aliens) made me do it!".
