A couple weeks ago I noticed on my daily morning walk that a number of yards were showing signs that the Water Table had dropped. Here, the upper Table is high in Sulphides, which not only give everything a nice "Brimstone" stench, they dye most things an orange-yellow. This AM's walk were showing that it's dropped further, that the wells aren't keeping up with the water withdrawn, causing water pressure drops so sprinklers aren't covering what they normally do.
They also announced the cancellations of most of the local 4th Fireworks and asking that folks do the same. Sadly, I know the Eejits 3rd down to my West won't...they've started fires before on their own property.
Cheers,
Pat
