mdehnersMaybe in the Top Ten of my Pet Peeves. I heard it uttered on lists, groups news,cable, etc and 90% of the time it's WRONG.
If you Beleive the Core Tenets of a particular Way and your Actions are being dictated by Accepted Writings of that Way....YOU ARE OF THAT WAY. PERIOD. If "Those People" aren't of your particular Philosophical "bent", they're not "Your Kind of _____" but still are ______. Christians, Muslims,Hindus, Pagans, Heathens, etc. Doesn't MATTER. If they BELEIVE in the CORE TENETS, they ARE. Now, if they're going against them, they're "Bad" ____. Truth is, some of the most Progressive folks I know who consider themselves Christian AREN'T. Ask them the Nature of YHVH, Jesus, etc and you generally get "blinks". 'Course, if you're of the "If I call myself ___ I AM ____ school, nothing I can say will bring you to Reality....or Adulthood. After all, it's a very childish thing to state that everyone else is Wrong and you're Right;>
