Had a visit from the city PTB's. There's a group of Good Christians in my neighborhood that wish we'd GO AWAY. This yr I planted a hedge of Lemongrass(which grows waist high)to keep the rugrats from the bus stop out of my yard and keep them from smashing the plants and their products. Since now they(the Xians) can't see us while sitting in their cars, they contacted the city to have me remove ALL vegitation above a foot tall along the boundry,...as a traffic safty issue.
Next payday I'm buying Round-Up.....

It's just typical Harrassment. I walked the areas and I could easily see over them. Only somebody in one of those creepy low-riding cars would be blocked. Maybe some Pediphile was complaining they couldn't see the kiddies;>?
I'll trim back the Miscanthus and chop down the Lemongrass in the area. The thing is, they've Pissed off a Green Thumb. What I plant next will be a lot less than a soft-leafed Lemongrass to keep the carpet vermin from crossing my yard and smashing my fruits and veggies....
