A few yrs back we openned a Facebook acct because Chuck wanted to keep in touch with some of his friends who'd moved out of the area. Last yr I gave in to the call to "Reconnect with Old Friends" bit I kept getting badgered about. As I said in an earlier entry, only one of those experiences were really Positive. I think the saddest were 3. 2 had been pretty much the faces of Universalist and AS Heathenry in the 90's and the majority of their posts were those "Hang In There, Baby" type cat pics. Not their own,someone else's creations . The other was a Libertarian friend who used to love to "twit" the "Berzerkley" folks who now is a Tru Fauxie. Words have Power appearantly. What originally was a joke is now a "Calling to Restore America". That probably was the saddest. My last post from him was him chastising me because I was "Better than that" for supporting Planned Parenthood over the folks who stole the Aids Ribbon and washed out 2/3 the Blood for their campaign symbol.
'Course, they don't make it easy to Discomm from Big Face. Even when you find everything you need to do and do it, all it takes is to click on a connection to FB on another site in the 2 weeks post unsubbing and your acct is reopenned...

Yes, Facebook is awful. I hope you can disentangle yourself from it. I would imagine the 2 are the brothers?

Nope. One was Diana and the other was Swain. And they don't think they had anything in common;>...
Personally, if I was going to post someone else's pets, I'd do one of the "Kitlers" from mycatlookslike hitler.com;>
