Channeling my inner Farnsworth;>. Things went well in that I got my prescription refilled with a single dose left. The not so is that I have to do this EVERY MONTH. So, my Health is good enough that I've been moved to twice yrly but now I have to make an appt monthly to get my pain meds. So actually, my personal cost has gone up. Oh, and the State STILL hasn't finished processing my paperwork so that they can deny me Medicaid so I can get my aids med assistance RE-instated. I just love "Cost Saving Measures".....

Man, I hope the new insurance laws going into effect in January do good things for both of us.

In my case it's not insurance but assistance. The twisted thing is that it's one state dept trying to get another state dept to pay for what Medicare -D doesn't cover. The dept that HAS been covering it is trying to get Medicaid to pay it. Thing is, unless they've suddenly become more "inclusive", I'm NOT and haven't been since 2002. So...once Medicaid denies coverage, I'll go back to having the same coverage as before from the same dept...only saving the amt paid the pharmacy for the number of months taken....which is probably less than the wages of a third of them people who will be doing all this work in a SINGLE DAY.
And folks wonder why there is always more OBJECTIVE gov't spending during Republican administrations;>
But Hey! It's worth it because they kept from spending money on someone YHVH Hates so it's all GOOOD.
