Sooooo, yesterday I'm recovering from the Yule tree from Hell(folks gave us their old one last yr. Found no base. EVERY BLOODY base I could find(and had to buy)either didn't fit or was too light and it fell ON ME. Finally just went to Big Lots and bought the tallest and cheapest)by reading threads on one of my Pagan lists/groups/communities/whatevers that I normally don't...like TV shows. Esp Reality TV(VERY Bored was I;>). One woman was commenting on that new show about folks escaping from the Warren Jepps FLDS Church. She said, "I don't see why these people stay. After all, it's just a made-up religion...".
I want my Dear Readers to Know that I DID NOTHING.I TYPED NOTHING;>....
Hardest thing I've had to do online in a loooong time;>.

I guess I'm "Maturing";>. Even a few yrs ago I would have made some snide comment about a member of one "made-up religion" chastising a member of another one but I didn't....

Like I told Marion, I guess I'm "Maturing";>. After trying to "Educate" people on non-traditional Ways and GLBT-stuff since the early 80's I've come to the conclusion that "Clues" only come to those that have their present beliefs of WHATEVER when they've been hit with something that severely shakes up their world-view(s). Until then, you're "plocketta", the sound of prayer flags in the wind;ie meaningless noise(to the Outsider)....
