mdehnerssome good, some so-so. The good is that I got a one-time grant to pay for a month's worth of aids meds. That gives us 30 days to come out with something useable.
The so-so was that SHINE called yesterday, after me playing "Sandra Dee" for almost two weeks. They were as confused as I was. At least when someone Professional on the subject is clueless, I don't feel like a total fukkup when I couldn't do it;>. So, she's calling me back Monday so we can make an apt to meet and have a conference call with Cigna to find out WTF's going on. While she DOES want to help me she admitted a big reason is that she's smelling something "fishy" and if the info they're receiving isn't accurate she's going to be Pissed that the PTB's are making her a stooge for them.
I told her my Cynical Feeling that like many things, there may be one price for new customers and another for old...like pretty much everything else......
