The Adventure Continues!
Mar. 13th, 2014 10:46 amDoc switched my cholesterol med(even though the old and cheaper one was doing fine, as was I)to a more expensive one. The Good News? Since I've Paid my deductible but only a quarter through my Share of Cost I once again can't afford my aids meds. So I can afford the more expensive Cholesterol med, which she wanted me to switch to since there have been reports of interactions with the old one with one of my aids meds.....WHICH I CAN'T AFFORD!!!!!
All this crap has made me decide to "splurge" with an order to Penseys for Cooking spices.....
Cheers,
Pat

Date: 2014-03-14 06:16 pm (UTC)Sadly, since I lost the assistance, I no longer have help covering Deductible and Share of Cost. D done and a quarter through SoC. Looks like this is SOP for me from now on. I did mention to the nurse how I felt about her making the comment, "I don't Understand, none of our other patients have these problems...".
'Course they don't. Most don't run into problems caused by a couple decades of employment. About 50% were raised in the system and still have social workers assigned to them. Lucky bastards. I get told to DIY and use Google if I need help. They get someone who does everything except sign the paperwork...
I've decided to Leave it to the Regin. One, "Good Thing" about my personality is that when I've done all I can possibly do I don't "fret" it. After all, I HAVE done all I can. And I have. That's one reason I get Pissed. I get, "Have you done_____/" BS, usually MONTHS after I HAVE...on my own volition. It MUST be my fault, after all, I'm 50% of The Master Race(White and Male but not Christian and Het).
Cheers,
Pat(taking out my frustration on Winter-killed Woody plants;>)
