mdehnersSoooo, yesterday in the mail I get from Florida a letter cancelling my Medicaid due to this yr's Cost Of Living increase of my SSI. Yup. the SMAME Medicaid that GETTING at the end of "12" cancelled my aids meds assistance and that required $1000 a month copay before paying a PENNY for my meds. The one I've spent a yr and change finding a way to GET my meds....the meds that're supposed to be delivered TODAY.A program that now that since I've been dumped from Medicaid will probably be cancelled and require me to re-apply to the assistance program I WAS in until 12/12.
At least at present I don't have to drive 15-20 minutes to get my meds.....HOPEFULLY. As things go, I'm not counting my pills until they're in the cabinet;>!
This so Depressed me I went on a 'Jinsey' Wallow, watching the whole 1st season. The bit on the subject line is from the Weather Monk's Report of morning fog so thick, "You can barely see two clogs at a distance of eight cats...". Now, THAT's a useful forecast;>! Another episode had him declare that the night's Temps were, "1-2 blankets thick";>....
