"The Great War" was long ago and Earth is now mostly desert. Mammals, including Humans are creatures of the margins once again. The world is ruled by "The Third", a mutant form of Humanity whose 3rd eye allows them to mentally link with computers. To prevent another "Great War", they impose a tech limitation on those without the mutation.
Into this world a peaceful stranger falls from the sky, rescued by the Sword-Dancer...
One of those Spiritual, Environmental-type Animes. Good distraction from yesterday's BS.
