Book Review- 'Divergent' Trilogy

mdehnersYet another bunch of books that I read that my SIL sent to my Kindle and was bored enough to read...with basically the same experience.
Since I've never been a tween girl in this Incarnation, I really don't "get" all the Emo Wallowing and Whining. I'm a proud gay man who's been "Out" since the early 80's and the Het males make me cringe. Heck, Nancy Drew and her "ilk" had more spine than these characters.
I realize that this, like 'T' are Juvies but as I said, even the Nancy Drews of my childhood(or even the female "sidekicks of Tom Swift and in the Heinlein juvies)had more backbone.
I guess if your idea of great TV is a Lifetime movie and you've NEVER had any REAL problems in your life, they'd be your "cuppa". I mean, only the USA collapses and NO OTHER country bothers to at least Salvage Resources(even Mexico?) in a couple centuries? PULEEEZ!
