mdehnersThe folk's new home has been purchased. It's perfect for them. Perfect for Chuck and would be for me if it had a yard;>. Of course, Mr and Mrs "NO NEW ANYTHING" are in High Bitch Mode about EVERYTHING. Totally expected;>. The only negative IMO is that it's very 70's but most of that can be taken care of with a good coat of paint(I mean, Burnt Orange cabinets!?!?). Personally, I hope they find something older for us, preferably pre 60's. But we can work with pretty much anything as our apts have should over the last nearly 4 decades;>.
I figure it'll be ready for them to move in in mid to late September. It'll probably take a couple of weeks to clear their old house and property for "As Is" sale, then at least a month, maybe more to sell. Once it's sold they can start looking for our place.
