...is pretty much what you expect if you left it in the bathroom with the shower running for a month and a half;>! My Brugmansia versicolor, Antique Pentas and Achimenes(relatives of the Gloxinia)however are doing quite well. My Dbl White hybrid Brug, not so much.
The last of the lilies, an Oriental just finished bringing the season to an end. I'm going to order a Japanese species that blooms later than any other giving me some for early Fall.
Lost the Lemon Verbena to the weather. Poor thing got root rot from all the rain. The various Gingers however are doing quite well. I'm actually quite surprised how well my Rosemary has done. Must have got the soil VERY well draining;>!
Haven't seen a Hummingbird for over a month so I stopped filling them. In this heat you have to clean them a couple times weekly...too much work!
They FINALLY cut down the two dead Pines in the front yard two weeks ago. Even dead they provided a lot of Shade. The Moss lawn is dying and Grass is now growing slowly into it. Personally, I liked it better the old way.....
Cheers,
Pat

I see Irma is now said to have chosen the Gulf coast. Hope you and Chuck and the kitties stay safe.
