Woo-ps!

So, for the last couple of weeks I've been making Offerings to the local Native Spirits at Dawn using Organic Cornmeal. I've Seen something(s) that look to me like Wooly Bear catterpillars the size of raccoons made of lava feeding off it. Yesterday I asked the PTB's if I should continue. I got a VERY clear "NO!!!!!!". Being nosy I did a Runcasting but stopped after the 1st Runestave; Thurisaz. Needless to say I'm stopping. I did notice one thing though, those "whatevers" had dbled in size since I started....

This is why I put doing this off before. I've run into enough wrecks over the yrs that bought the "Spirit=Wealful" line and never recovered. Luckily, I met my 1st when I was 18 before I'd built up any real magical "ego" to think it'd never happen to me.
The idea appealed to me because it "bugged" me that most were offering European methods to European Spirits here in America. My hesitation initially was enough background with tribal oriented Spirits who had nothing Wealful for those They considered Outsiders at best and enemies at worst. And considering The Trail of Tears.....
