Well, he's been home for a whole day and things aren't as bad as I thought they might. I'm wondering how much was Stroke and how much was a 90^ blocked Left Carotid Artery. His balance, Memory and Energy is better than before Monday's Event though Right sided weakness(esp in his arm) is real. He does, however "Sundown". This is not unusual with Brain events where the lower the Sun drops, so goes their mentation. Thankfully, he never gets as bad as he was the first part of the week.
Other than the high BP which wasn't addressed and the loss of fine motor control in his Right hand and some Short Term Memory problems actually less than pre event. Now if I can just get him to eat;>

Oh good, glad to hear it; the housemate had just started worrywarting. Hope he continues to recover.

He's doing incredibly well. Today he not only walked from the car to the optical shop in Walmart(with Walker) he made it around the grocery with one rest which I made him take! I don't want to "jinx" things but I'm really happy the way he's doing.
