Jan. 8th, 2019 01:52 pmSo, this morning I wake up to a mess. My Sourdough culture had expanded all over the cooler I was using as a Proofing box. Guess the culture is active;>!
Tomorrow I'll separate it into two cultures; one for regular flour and the other I'll begin adapting it to Whole Wheat. I should be able to start Baking this weekend!
