Well, not going to use the same recipe for Whole Wheat again that I did for White. The AP Sourdough was perfect(best looking loaf I've EVER Baked and I've been doing so since the mid 70's). The WW had poor Rise and was underdone, even with an additional 10 min. Next time I'll try my usual WW bread recipe and swap out a 1/2 cup Water and 1/2 flour for 1 cup of Starter. Should have done it 1st but the last loaf with this recipe came out so good that;>….
