mdehnersThings are going better. Heck, today I did something I haven't done since Florida....went for 2 walks;>! No deer though the Boneset and Goldenrod in the field at my "turnaround point" were quite stunning after the last 3 days of Rain. And my Heartburn from the new med is under control!
It did stop yesterday for a few hrs of Sun for Autumn Equinox Rites though. The Wights were QUITE active, which made me feel better having a "dry" Rite. To get a Pain med prescription here I have to be tested not only for drug levels(too much or too little which is what Florida did) but for alcohol use. ANY violations means your subscriptions will no longer be filled. Gotta protect those Public Funds from abuse from those Poor and/or Old people;>! My spot is near the water(the house is on a cove of one of the TVA reservoirs) with the 2nd largest tree on the property. At 1st Rite here I didn't know what kind of tree it was but figured it out after Rite yesterday. It's a Tulip Poplar, a very old type of tree.
My Fall veggies are coming up well and I'll be planting the Polish Leeks Saturday. I think I'll be doing a lot of container gardening here since:
Most of the back yard is septic tank and field
No Irrigation other than Rainfall.
I'm going to ask if I can plant a section down by the dock in regional Wildflowers. Cant see Chris saying no since it'd mean an area where he doesn't need to CheersPat
