Been a while. Things are. Chuck's body is catching up with his mind and slowly Fading. Me? 'Bout the same except in January I reeeaaallly get my old fart badge when I have Cataract surgery on both eyes.
Even though Winter is officially over a month away, we're presently in a week of sub-freezing weather....just in time for my largest Spring bulb order to arrive;>! It's supposed to climb into the upper 30'sF at night next week so hopefully....
Been hard to Meditate since I can't NOT be Aware around me if Chuck needs me but other than that Metaphysically OK. I've been rereading my books on Appalachian and Smokey Mountain Folk Practices and did my 1st Wash last week. Not as Powerful as other Practices I've used but not bad....esp since it was a general Cleaning and not something Woeful had taken up Housekeeping in my laundry room;>!
Still around, still having my keyboard "hogged" by a large needy cat.

Thanks. It continues to be busy; this week we have 3 family lunches(maybe 4 this weekend). At least 2 are over;>! Holiday season....
We're plugging along. He has "meh" days and poor days; so far no really bad days but a night last week came close when he couldn't remember my name. It is what it is.
Right now I'm waiting for a bit more warm weather so I can get the last of the Spring bulbs in and rereading 'Southern Folk Medicine' by Phyllis D. Light(yes, that's her real name. She mentions the crap she used to get when she was young;>). Big on the 4 Humours system(noticed that from other books on Appalachian an Smokey Mountain Folkways). Nice book. Been out of the Heathen Community I don't know what author's to trust and who to run away from anymore;>!
