Still here, just, well kinda numb the last couple of weeks like a lot of folks. Oddly not as upset as last time tough my last bit of Belief in the Goodness of people in general and that of those in the States is DEAD.
I can sum it up with 3 things that happened last week. My Daoist Reading spoke of "Not Caring", the next day my weekly Rune pull was Isa(just Chill;>) and my Brother got back from visiting our older brother in Nevada and said, "I can't give a fuck".
Last time he helped us when we needed and this time instead of 2 people in a house it's me and a cat in their basement....I'm covered with room and board. Considering I've been serious about possibly going on Comfort Measures now that Chuck is being taken care of I don't have any skin in the game. Sure, there are folks(mostly HERE) that I wish they wouldn't have to go through what they will BUT living here in Magamerica?
They STILL won't take responsibility I guarantee it!
Since the weekend of the election not only did I hear from one Magan at Chuck's home that "I don't need to wear a mask anymore dipshit!" very few of the staff are even though they're in ANOTHER COVID outbreak(4th in a yr).
Idiocrasy was a documentary.....

I think we will. They might have no problem preventing future elderly nursing home care but even Magans might have issues with dumping old people on the streets.....at least in areas like this where having the imagine of a "Good Christian"(tm, pat-pending) is a big part of their persona.
