All crops are planted for Summer. Now all's left is the weeding and feeding;>. A few things didn't make it: germination failure of Wax Melons and the Aji Limon Hot Pepper seeds I found. Also, due to the near wipe out of the Cassava(Yuca), Japanese Ivy-leafed Sweet Potatoes, Purple-fleshed Sweets and the Red Creole Garlics, those are basically being grown to beef up the future, not as a food-source.
Looks like a good yr(so far) for Blood Oranges. Bud's Blood(the only American Blood Orange)is covered. It no more drop, I'm going to have to thin the branches myself. Also, I noticed buds on the 'Geffner' Atemoya. Maybe this yr'll be my 1st home-grown Sugar Apple!
Cheers,
Pat
