mdehnersSeems to be the yr to get rid of "Stuff". SIL "helped" us get rid of a lot of material possessions when they remodeled our house. And I've been letting a lot of folks go because I no longer am "up" to putting up with their BS. One today was my last truly Mundane friend. They got all "Pissy" about my "Support for Terrorists" because I posted on my blog that the Manhattan Islamic Center had just as much right to build on their own property(a couple blocks from Ground Zero, BTW. There are a number of strip joints closer and a Gay bathhouse but appearantly those are in tune with the Spirits of those Killed...)as a Catholic Church does on their property a couple blocks from an Elementary school.I asked him:
How many Muslim countries he'd lived in? zero. I had.
During Anti-Western Riots? Zero. I had.
Been targetted and Injured by Religious? Zero. I Had.
Had Family threatened with Death? Zero. I had.
How fukkin DARE he think I didn't know what I was talking about? Fukkin arse had never been more than a couple states from his birth and never lived anywhere where his neighbors weren't Majority White Het Protestants.
Done and DOne with this type anymore. My fav arguement!?! He didn't Beleive it when Muslim Talking Heads say "It's not Islam. These People aren't Reeal Muslims". As if every GLBT, Pagan, etc person hasn't heard the same from Christian Talking Heads when theirs blow up a Women's Clinic, Gay club, Newage Store, Pagan bookstore, etc. Look in the mirror Uttangearder!
