Hot! Hot! Hot;>!
Apr. 2nd, 2012 01:13 pmSoooo, it's the 2nd of April and we're running the A/C to keep the house Temp <80F. I've decided, calendar to the contrary to start Planting this week. After all, ALL the trees have leafed out!
Got all the lawn done and either tomorrow or Wednesday I'll wash the dog, getting all my projects back on schedule for the SPring. I haven't seen any sign of sprouting of the Passionfruit plant I planted last Spring. Luckly, I kept one of them in a pot so I can plant it out if it was too juvenile to handle the WInter(such that it was here). With the exceptions of the Blood Orange and Sweet Lemon I don't overwinter big plants anymore. If a blanket during Freezes aren't enough, you're too Tropical for here at present.
Cheers,
Pat
